My life flows in a very unique and original way; it is how I am wired up.
I am passionately drawn to the new thing; the yet completed idea. It has always been the way with me. I start with an idea, take a lump of clay and the creative flow is released. There is an ancient hidden mystery in what happens next; the momentum of the wheel turning, the water softening the clay, the hand of the potter gently guiding the clay upward and outward. What was originally just a lump of clay now takes shape into its own form. Pushing the clay to the limit, to the edge where the pot is almost lost; this is where I live as an artist and I love it.
Form, space, the visual experience are just some of things that interest me as an artist. I expect I will make pots for as long as I am able.
