Build your own music box using white earthenware and decorate it with underglazes. All supplies are included.

This two day workshop is from 9:30-4:30 with lunch break on Saturday, May 8 and Saturday, May 15.

Day 1 Saturday, May 8, we will build the music box. It will take 3 or 4 days to dry then we'll fire it. On Day 2, Saturday, May 15, we'll decorate it with underglazes and fire it again. The firing takes about 30 hours so your piece will be ready to pick up by the following Saturday.

We will serve coffee and a snack each morning. Lunch is on your own. There are many lunch places within walking distance of the studio or you can bring your own.

Justine is well known for her intricate, whimsical sculptures.

The workshop will be held at the Francoeur Studio at 229 E Front Street, Downtown New Bern.
